The Business Facilitation Service approaches management consultancy from the legal adviser's or a legal department's perspective. Initially, most clients will undergo a Business HealthCheck, during which their existing commercial processes will be reviewed. The report that results from that review can then be consulted when considering the Business Facilitation Service's various modules and bespoke services.
