ATTENTION: This legal notice applies to the entire contents of the Website under or accessible through the domain names schrodinger-consulting.co.uk and schrodingerconsulting.co.uk  (the “Website”) and to any correspondence by e-mail between us and you. Please read these terms carefully before using the Website. Using the Website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Website. This notice is issued by Schrodinger Consulting Limited (the “Company”, “our”, “we”, “us”).

While the Company endeavours to ensure that the Website is normally available 24 hours a day, the Company shall not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the Company's control. 

A.4. VISITOR MATERIAL AND CONDUCT

Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under our Privacy Policy, any material you transmit or post to the Website shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. The Company shall have no obligations with respect to such material. The Company shall fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing the Company to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of clause A.4.2 or clause A.4.3.

Links to third party websites on this Website are provided solely for your convenience.  If you use these links, you leave Schrodinger Consulting Limited’s Website.  Schrodinger Consulting has not reviewed all of these third party websites and does not control, and is not responsible for, these websites or their content or availability.  The existence of these links does not constitute any form of endorsement by Schrodinger Consulting of any of the organisations, or information, accessible through these links.  Schrodinger Consulting does not therefore make any representations about the websites accessible through these links, or any material found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them. If you decide to access any of the third party websites linked to this Website, you do so entirely at your own risk.

If you would like to link to the Website, you may only do so on the basis that you link to, but do not replicate, the home page of the Website, and subject to the following conditions:

(a) you do not remove, distort or otherwise alter the size or appearance of the Company’s logos, including but not limited to, the Schrodinger Consulting logo and the Company’s equation logo;
(b) you do not create a frame or any other browser or border environment around the Website;
(c) you do not in any way imply that the Company is endorsing any products or services other than its own;
(d) you do not misrepresent your relationship with the Company nor present any other false information about the Company;
(e) you do not otherwise use any Company trade marks displayed on the Website without express written permission from the Company;
(f) you do not link from a website that is not owned by you; and
(g) your website does not contain content that is distasteful, offensive or controversial, infringes any intellectual property rights or other rights of any other person or otherwise does not comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

A.5.3 

The Company expressly reserves the right to revoke the right granted in clause A.5.2. for breach of these terms and to take any action it deems appropriate.

A.5.4 

You shall fully indemnify the Company for any loss or damage suffered by the Company or any of its group companies for breach of clause A.5.2.

Nothing in this legal notice shall exclude or limit the Company's liability for:

(a) death or personal injury caused by negligence (as such term is defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977); or

If your use of material on the Website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you assume all costs thereof. 

A.9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This legal notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with this legal notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

B. PRIVACY POLICY

Schrodinger Consulting Limited (the “Company”, “our”, “we”, “us”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This policy (together with our terms of use (set out above) and any other documents referred to herein) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.  Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”), the data controller is Schrodinger Consulting Limited of The Orangery, 12A Lawn Road, Milford-on-Sea, Hampshire, SO41 0QZ.
Our nominated representative for the purposes of the Act is Mr C Moore, Hudson House, 8 Tavistock Street, Covent Garden, London, EC2E 7PP.

B.1. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

B.1.1. 

We may collect and process the following data about you:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on the site which is made available under or accessible through the domain names schrodinger-consulting.co.uk and schrodingerconsulting.co.uk  (“this site” or “our site”). This includes information provided through the “Contact Us” facility on this site or by e-mail or at the time of subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by the Company, and when you report a problem with our site.
        
  • If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

All information you provide to us may be stored on computers and/or servers operated by, and/or under the control of, the Company or its third party suppliers.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. If you do not want us to use your data in this way, or to pass your details on to third parties for marketing purposes, please tick the relevant boxes situated on the form on which we collect your data (the “Contact Us” form).

We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day). We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, women in SW1). We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers' wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.

B.6.1. 

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and you are encouraged to review this privacy policy and / or any amendment to it each time you use our site.
